Monoline Auto Physical Damage & Motor Truck Cargo

OVERVIEW

Auto Physical Damage (APD) and Motor Truck Cargo (MTC) available on a monoline basis or together on a single policy with most classes of transportation acceptable.  Minimum combined premium is $5,000 for all coverages.  All coverage is placed on a non-admitted basis.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Completed Application
• Loss Runs for three years, or all available for newer ventures
• Vehicle Schedule including VIN, description, GVWR, garaging location, radius and value
• Driver List and Current MVRs (run within previous 90 days)
